Question 1

Introduction and General Provisions

Accepted Answer

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the procedure for obtaining and using the QR coupons and coupon codes provided to subscribers within the framework of the "Nar x Crunch Burger" campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign"), carried out through the cooperation between Nar and Crunch Burger, the rules for participating in the Campaign, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the Campaign. Within the framework of the Campaign, coupons are provided to Nar subscribers on the basis of a one-time balance top-up, payment under the “Sərfəli” tariffs, or the ordering or renewal of specified data packages, and these coupons may be used at Crunch Burger branches to obtain a discount. The Campaign is carried out for the period determined by Nar and in accordance with these Terms. Coupons provided within the framework of the Campaign may only be used in the manner and on the conditions set out in these Terms. By participating in the Campaign and/or using a provided coupon, the subscriber confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them unconditionally. In compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation, Nar reserves the right to amend the rules for conducting the Campaign, the terms of use, the duration of the Campaign, the participation criteria, the benefits offered, and other conditions, or to suspend the Campaign in whole or in part. The subscriber's continued use of the Campaign after any changes shall be deemed acceptance of those changes. Changes made to the Terms shall be brought to the attention of participants by posting them on Nar's official website, in the Nar+ mobile application, or through other appropriate means of communication. Coupons provided before the changes take effect shall be governed by the Terms in force on the date the coupon was provided. The Campaign remains in effect until the coupons are exhausted or until it is suspended by Nar.
