Download the FluentWorlds app from the App Store or Play Store.
Sign up
In the app choose "Authorization by cell phone number", in the list of countries find Azerbaijan, enter your cell phone number.
Enter your PIN code
Enter PIN-code, which you received from number 2212, and enjoy the service.
