Along with boxers born in 2001–2002 from various cities and districts of our country, athletes from Iraq are also competing in the tournament held in the Boxing Center. Competitions are controlled by a team of top-class referees.
“Baku Fight Lab” is the new name of the former “Rabita” sports club. In his speech at the opening ceremony world champion Mr. Farhad Ajalov stated that the main purpose of holding such competitions is to attract the young people to sports and secure promising future for them. The open boxing championship among juniors will be held on December 19-22.
The main goal of the joint cooperation between “Baku Fight Lab” club and Nar is to efficiently organize the leisure time of the children and increase their interest in sports, keep the youth away from bad habits and ensure their healthy growth.
Also before Nar supported regular boxing classes and training sessions organized for orphans and children from disadvantaged families, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and with the support of “Baku Fight Lab” club (former “Rabita” sports club). For the third year in a row, Nar provides the young boxers with all the necessary sports gear and covers other expenses.
