Ozgur Genc has been working as the CEO of Azerfon LLC (Nar trademark) since 27 october 2025. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, including both ICT and network technologies. Before Azerfon LLC (Nar), he held various management positions in ICT and telecommunications companies such as Azerconnect Group in Azerbaijan, Turkcell in Türkiye, and Lifecell in Ukraine. Ozgur Genc graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Faculty at Yıldız Technical University in Türkiye in 1994. He later successfully completed the “Digital Transformation and Future Management” course at the prestigious IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Igbal Yusifov is the member of the Board of Directors at “Azerfon” LLC. He was appointed as a head of Current Planning and Service Quality Control unit of “Aztelekom” 2018. Possessing rich experience in telecommunication industry in Azerbaijan, Mr. Yusifov took various management positions in “Aztelecom” in the period from 1995 to 2018. He also worked as a Director of Sumgait Telecommunication Junction during 2016-2017.

Igbal Yusifov studied at Azerbaijan Technical University from 1984 to 1992. He also completed academic courses and gained a diploma of “Strategic researches and public security management” at the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has a highly successful track record mainly in commercial leadership functions in reputable telecommunication companies, such as Swiss Sunrise, Bulgarian Vivacom, Nawras (Oman), and GO (Malta). He currently serves as Vice President Marketing at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Riyadh and as a Board Member of Intigral, a fully owned subsidiary of STC providing IP video products and billing services in the MENA region.

Hokuma Karimova has 14 years of extensive experience in public relations. She started her first leadership position in 2009 as the Director of the Department of Economic and Trade Relations at the Israeli Embassy in Azerbaijan, where she provided important services in expanding bilateral trade relations and conducting policy analysis on various sectors. Later, she successfully held leadership positions in large organizations such as the Representative Office of Portugal in Baku, Junior Achievement Azerbaijan, and the U.S. Educated Azerbaijani Alumni Association. Since 2015, she worked as the head of the PR and Communications Department at YARAT Contemporary Art Space, contributing to local and international projects to promote contemporary art. Since 2023, she has been teaching Corporate Communications at ADA University. Hokuma Karimova studied International Relations and Diplomacy at Khazar University and Wartburg College in the USA. She completed her master's degree in Marketing and Communications with the MBA program at ADA University.
