These Terms define the rules for using the “Info AI” service provided by Azerfon. By subscribing to the service, the subscriber is deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Info AI is an artificial intelligence–based SMS service that enables users to access the service 24/7 without an internet connection. The service operates on an automated system, and responses are generated without human intervention.

2. Terms Related to AI Responses

2.1. The responses provided by the AI service are automatically generated based on artificial intelligence technologies and are for general informational purposes only. These responses are not intended as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and do not replace such advice.

2.2. “Azerfon” LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, relevance, or completeness of the content generated by artificial intelligence. Responses generated by AI should not be considered as the official position of “Azerfon” LLC.

2.3. The user bears full responsibility for decisions made based on the provided information and for any consequences thereof.

3. Risks and Limitations

3.1. Artificial intelligence technology may, in certain cases, provide inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate responses.

3.2. The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service is not guaranteed. Due to technical failures, network issues, or dependence on third-party platforms, the service may be temporarily unavailable.

3.3. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3.4. “Azerfon” LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of content provided through Info AI.

3.5. It is prohibited to use the service for purposes that contradict the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as for creating, distributing, or promoting content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, promotes violence, contains hate speech, disrupts public order, or violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. In case of violation of these rules, the service may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

4. Data Processing

4.1. SMS messages sent within the scope of the service may be automatically processed for the purposes of improving service quality, ensuring security, and preventing misuse.

4.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.”

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. These Terms of Use are drafted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

5.2. All disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

6. Amendments to the Terms

6.1. “Azerfon” LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and unilaterally for legal, technical, commercial reasons or reasons related to the development of the service.

6.2. By subscribing to the service, the user confirms that they have fully familiarized with the current version of these Terms of Use and expressly agree to them.

6.3. Information about amendments may be provided to users via SMS and/or through the official website of Azerfon. The updated terms shall enter into force from the moment of publication.

6.4. Continued use of the service after amendments shall be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
