The development of a mobile application for sign language learning is progressing steadily with the support of the affordable mobile operator Nar, as well as bp and its partners, and under the organization of ADA University and the ADA University Foundation. In the final phase of the project, the work has entered a critical stage — transitioning from content creation to integration and testing within the application. This initiative promotes inclusivity by facilitating communication for individuals with hearing and speech impairments, enabling them to learn sign language free of charge and without the need for an instructor.
Known for its affordable offers and focus on the regions, Nar has organized training sessions for students of the Azerbaijan University of Technology (ATU) in Ganja. The initiative aims to strengthen students’ professional skills and better prepare them for the job market.
In addition to its affordable services, Nar is known for its strong commitment to social initiatives, including ongoing support for projects that promote reading habits among young people. The mobile operator's support for the discussion “How a book is born?”, held at “The Writer's House” on World Book and Copyright Day, played an important role in fostering greater interest in reading and encouraging active dialogue around literature.
Known for its affordable services, Nar has partnered with an awareness campaign led by the Regional Development Public Union (RDPU) in celebration of International Children’s Day, supporting the protection of children’s rights and promoting legal awareness among young people.
Organized with the main partnership of Nar, the mobile operator known for its affordable services and customer-centric approach, the TEDx Sumgait 2025 event once again stood out with its innovative talks and inspiring ideas. Attended by more than 500 participants, the event featured eight speakers from various professional fields who shared their personal experiences and perspectives on this year’s theme — “Coincidence | The Butterfly Effect”.
