Ozgur Genc has been working as the CEO of Azerfon LLC (Nar trademark) since 27 october 2025. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, including both ICT and network technologies. Before Azerfon LLC (Nar), he held various management positions in ICT and telecommunications companies such as Azerconnect Group in Azerbaijan, Turkcell in Türkiye, and Lifecell in Ukraine. Ozgur Genc graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Faculty at Yıldız Technical University in Türkiye in 1994. He later successfully completed the “Digital Transformation and Future Management” course at the prestigious IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Igbal Yusifov is the member of the Board of Directors at “Azerfon” LLC. He was appointed as a head of Current Planning and Service Quality Control unit of “Aztelekom” 2018. Possessing rich experience in telecommunication industry in Azerbaijan, Mr. Yusifov took various management positions in “Aztelecom” in the period from 1995 to 2018. He also worked as a Director of Sumgait Telecommunication Junction during 2016-2017.

Igbal Yusifov studied at Azerbaijan Technical University from 1984 to 1992. He also completed academic courses and gained a diploma of “Strategic researches and public security management” at the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has a highly successful track record mainly in commercial leadership functions in reputable telecommunication companies, such as Swiss Sunrise, Bulgarian Vivacom, Nawras (Oman), and GO (Malta). He currently serves as Vice President Marketing at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Riyadh and as a Board Member of Intigral, a fully owned subsidiary of STC providing IP video products and billing services in the MENA region.

Hokuma Karimova has 14 years of extensive experience in public relations. She started her first leadership position in 2009 as the Director of the Department of Economic and Trade Relations at the Israeli Embassy in Azerbaijan, where she provided important services in expanding bilateral trade relations and conducting policy analysis on various sectors. Later, she successfully held leadership positions in large organizations such as the Representative Office of Portugal in Baku, Junior Achievement Azerbaijan, and the U.S. Educated Azerbaijani Alumni Association. Since 2015, she worked as the head of the PR and Communications Department at YARAT Contemporary Art Space, contributing to local and international projects to promote contemporary art. Since 2023, she has been teaching Corporate Communications at ADA University. Hokuma Karimova studied International Relations and Diplomacy at Khazar University and Wartburg College in the USA. She completed her master's degree in Marketing and Communications with the MBA program at ADA University.

Tural Hasanov has been serving as Marketing Director at “Nar” since 2025. He brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and research. Between 2018 and 2021, he headed the Research Department at “Nar”. He began his professional career in research and data-driven analytics, and has since held a number of leadership roles across the banking, consulting, and telecommunications sectors. He has served in senior positions in research, consulting, and strategic cooperation at “Azerconnect Group” and “SAT Group”, as well as Head of Marketing Department at “DemirBank”. Tural Hasanov has been a member of ESOMAR since 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and has completed leadership and management programs at prestigious international institutions, including “SDA Bocconi”, “MIT Sloan”, and “Harvard Business School”.

Elnur Rzazade has over 14 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. Prior to joining “Nar”, he worked at the international company Huawei, where he actively contributed to the implementation of strategic projects across IT and Fixed domains and played a key role in operator-level transformation initiatives. Before, he served as Sales Director at “Simbrella”, leading the development of sales strategies in international markets, market expansion efforts, and the commercialization of digital solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked at “Azercosmos”, where he gained extensive experience in satellite communications and space technologies, working with corporate and government clients, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering regional projects. He holds a master’s degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, in the frame of the “State Program on Education of Azerbaijani Youth Abroad”, and a bachelor’s degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
