By introducing this service, the mobile operator ensures subscribers living in Baku - Absheron and Sumgayit access the necessary operations directly at their addresses with the aim to support measures to combat the spread of coronavirus in the country. Applications are accepted through the Call Center 777 operating 24/7 enhanced mode. The exact address, contact number and type of service required must be indicated in the application.

It should be noted that during the special quarantine regime, including weekends, customers can order the delivery of their chosen numbers directly from home on the website narsim.az without leaving their premises.  Delivery is made within 24 hours after the order is placed.
