Starting from June 2, 2025 updates to certain service terms for prepaid and postpaid plans.

• The service fee for ownership transfer, call itemization, and platform change between prepaid and postpaid plans will be set at 4.5 AZN. The SIM card replacement fee for postpaid users will also be 4.5 AZN.
• For ownership transfer of numbers with the prefixes 210, 211, 212, 288, and 999, the service fee will be 190 AZN.
• A connection fee of 0.10 AZN will apply to calls made to the Call Center.
