Starting from June 2, 2025 updates to certain service terms for prepaid and postpaid plans.

• The service fee for ownership transfer, call itemization, and platform change between prepaid and postpaid plans will be set at 4.5 AZN. The SIM card replacement fee for postpaid users will also be 4.5 AZN.
• A connection fee of 0.10 AZN will apply to calls made to the Call Center.
• The service fee for transferring a special series number from one subscriber to another will be 190 AZN for the 210 and 288 series, and 950 AZN for the 211 series.
