Nar continues implementing social campaigns within the framework of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. The mobile operator's next project is aimed at supporting people with disabilities. Thus, Nar published a book titled "Bridge to a Silent World" in order to help people with hearing and speech limitations to communicate and integrate into society. The book is designed for people with hearing and speech disabilities, their parents and family members, young people, students, and everyone who wants to communicate with this group of people. The material prepared with the support of the "Social Assistance to Persons with Hearing and Speech Limitations" Public Union will explain gestures language of people with hearing and speech limitations. With the help of this informational resource, people who have family members with this kind of physical limitation will get more vocabulary and will be far from trouble when communicating.

According to Jamila Abdulova, head of the "Social Assistance to Persons with Hearing and Speech Limitations" Public Union, there is a great need for an informative book that would facilitate communication with people with hearing and speech limitations: "Our Public Union received lots of requests for such a book. I believe that thanks to our collaborative effort, a large number of people will benefit from our new “Bridge to a Silent World" book, which will bring sound to the "silent worlds" of people with hearing and speech limitations. Provision of support for persons with disabilities is one of the priority directions of the CSR strategy of Nar. The mobile operator has implemented a number of successful projects aimed at integration of people with disabilities into society. Nar has organized a "Training School" in the regions to train physically disabled people for different occupations, and also participated in various career exhibitions for the employment of people with physical limitations. Serving as example of a local business environment Azerfon currently employs persons with physical disabilities.
