Professional technical staff held trainings and seminars for the students at Nar's special laboratory supplied with modern telecommunication equipment. The students mainly, learned the topics as 'LTE - new generation of mobile communication', 'IMS and NGN technology', 'Wireless Internet access technologies', 'Frequency-territorial planning of mobile communication networks' and 'Service quality of mobile communication networks'. In addition, they got acquainted with the working principle of 3G and 4G technical equipments as well as with GSM systems. In the framework of the program, they developed their practical knowledge and took the first steps to become qualified staff.

It is noteworthy that as a part of the partnership agreement signed with Azerbaijan Technical University, Nar GSM laboratory has been established in the University as well as the students are presented various theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of GSM. Laboratory supply and the internship program for the students are carried out within the Nar's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, aimed at youth and education.
