The next phase of development has been launched for the Jestdili.az platform, created by Nar in partnership with the “Support to the Deaf” Public Union. As Azerbaijan’s first electronic sign language dictionary, the platform enables individuals with speech and hearing impairments, as well as their family members and relatives, to learn Azerbaijani Sign Language online, anytime and anywhere, completely free of charge.

Nar, Azerbaijan’s affordable mobile operator, will serve as the main partner of the “GəncVİZYON” ideathon dedicated to Youth Day and organized by the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation. Aimed at fostering young people’s intellectual potential and shaping their future-oriented ideas, the project brings together young people from across Azerbaijan, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills. “GəncVİZYON” serves as an open and creative platform where participants can develop and present their ideas at a conceptual level.

Known for its affordable services, mobile operator Nar and the National Internet Award Netty recognized the most successful digital projects implemented across various fields in 2025.
This year’s Netty competition featured more than 200 projects submitted across 9 nominations. A total of 22 winners were awarded in categories covering areas such as science, education, culture, inclusivity, media, and others. In accordance with the competition rules, the winners were determined based on online voting and the evaluations of expert juries.

The “Shine with Your Rights!” project, supported by the affordable mobile operator Nar, has successfully concluded with its final events. The project aims to promote children’s rights, enhance school students’ legal knowledge, and develop their analytical thinking skills. Within the framework of the initiative, students from Baku and the regions, including children from vulnerable groups, actively participated in various activities.

Affordable mobile operator Nar has supported the social initiative titled “After the Darkness…”. The project was organized by Azerbaijani Children Public Union with the aim of unlocking the creative potential of children living in shelter care, strengthening their self-confidence, and promoting their social integration.
