We release account and other above mentioned personal information where we believe that it corresponds to the requirements of the legislation of Azerbaijan, to our principles and conditions on the protection of the rights and safety of our company and our consumers. Sharing of this information within the limits of target programs of our company provides granting by our users of the information responsibility on which Azerfon does not bear. The information transfer for the purpose of the prevention and protection against criminal activity assumes its granting to law enforcement bodies according to official letters of inquiry of these bodies at the exact observance of corresponding positions of the legislation of Azerbaijan.
