According to research held among the subscribers, there is a fast increase in the number and customer satisfaction level of Nar mobile internet users. During the last 10 months, the customer loyalty index increased by 20% while the consumer index of internet satisfaction increased by 23%. According to the customers’ opinion Nar is the mobile operator which offers the best internet prices.
Nar managed to gain an increase in the customer loyalty index, and this was possible due expansion of 3G, 4G and LTE-A network across the country, and at the same time offering of high quality mobile internet bundles for beneficial prices. In addition to that, Nar is known for paying attention not only to capital but to the country’s regions as well, and provided the cheapest mobile communication services to the regions. This helped the operator to gain loyalty of residents in the capital and the country’s regions.
According to the research results, the main reasons for such growth are the quality of mobile network, usage of network by customers and their friends and families as well as diversity of beneficial tariffs and prices.

According to mobile network benchmarking tests, held in second quarter of the year 2017, Nar network demonstrated the highest results in the country, in terms of provision of mobile voice services.
