Nar, being the youngest mobile operator of the country continues to rapidly expand its high quality 4G network to the regions. The next region where 4G network is launched is Shaki. In total, 6 new 4G base stations were provided for the residents of the city of Shaki. In addition to this, 36 3G and 45 2G base stations provide quality and high speed mobile communication services to residents of Shaki.
Currently the mobile operator expands the coverage of its 4G network in all regions of Azerbaijan, having one of the largest 4G netwоrks in the country. Thanks to the performed network works, 33 regions are now provided with Nar 4G network.
In 2018, 4G network of Nar covers the following regions: Aghdash, Aghjabadi, Dashkasan, Gabala, Gakh, Ganja, Gazakh, Goychay, Guba, Gusar, Hajigabul, Imishli, Jalilabad, Khachmaz, Kurdamir, Lankaran, Lerik, Masally, Mingechavir, Oghuz, Saatly, Salyan, Shabran, Shaki, Shamakhy, Shamkir, Shirvan, Siyazan, Tovuz, Ujar, Yardimly, Yevlakh, Zagatala.
Nar expands its 4G network rapidly in Baku, as well as the regions. Currently, 1292 4G base stations are operating on the country’s territory.
Note that last year Nar introduced HD-Voice service to increase the quality of calling services, and Nar network achieved the highest result in Azerbaijan in terms of mobile call services, according to mobile communication networks benchmarking tests. The tests were conducted by “P3 Communications” – the independent international company which specializes in network testing. The testing methodology was based on customer experience from usage of wide range of services.
