Nar continues to support young people aiming to help them build a successful career within their specialty. The mobile operator took part in the 2nd Career Fair organized by “ASAN Kadr” Career Center and Baku Higher Oil School. At the far, Nar organized acceptance of documents for vacancies in such areas as sales, marketing, customer value management and business analysis. In addition, the mobile operator provided the university students and graduates with advice on building a successful career. Students who had a direct contact with company representatives received an opportunity to evaluate career opportunities and learn about participating in the company’s internship programs. Interest to the Nar stand among the participants was great. It should be noted that more than 80 companies participated in the career fair.
The main goal of the fair is to increase the employment rate among youth, create a career opportunities for young people without work experience and to expand their employment opportunities by developing employment skills.
