In case of individual:
First, you should provide the required documents to the Nar sales and service center. Upon filling out the provided form and signing the contract, you will be issued a free SIM-card. This SIM-card is activated upon completion of the transfer process.
Your number is transferred to Nar within 3 working days (except for force majeure circumstances), and you will be notified about it 1 day in advance. On completion of the transfer, both SIM-cards (old and new) will not work for about 1 hour.

Call details is issued maximum 31 days, depending on the calendar month. The cost of this service is 3 AZN. Call details can be required for the last 6 months. To do this, you should provide the required documents:

If within 90 days upon the expiration of payment, the balance is not replenished, the service for Nar number will be suspended. To reactive the service, it is enough to top up the balance within 90 days (or other period specified in the agreement with the subscriber) defined for reactivation of the service. If before the end of this period Nar card is not be activated or no payment is made, Nar number and subscription agreement will be terminated.
