    The service "Missed call" can also be used in roaming, but there is no guarantee that the subscriber number of the caller will be identified correctly.

  • What advantages does the “Missed call” service have?

    One of the main advantages of the service is that until your number does not receive calls, the calls are checked by the system and when your phone already receives the calls, the previous callers are sent corresponding notice. The notice contains information about receiving the calls by your phone and indicates your number.

  • In what directions it is possible to make video calls?
    • You can use video calls in all directions within the country.
    • You can use video calls in roaming, if the foreign operator joined by your phone supports this video call service.
    • Video call can not be used for international calls.

  • Does my balance remain the same while transferring my number to Nar?
    No, your balance becomes zero while transferring your number.
  • What is the reason of the case when the use of the mobile number transfer is impossible?

    The reasons of refusal:

    • If the person using the number, is not its official owner
    • If there is a subscriber data errors (in case of letter/figure error, the subscriber should approach to the current/donor operator for correction)
    • If there is a debt for the transferred number
    • If the transferred number is cancelled or subscription agreement is terminated
    • If the transferred number is not active in the current/donor operator network at least 3 months (90 days)
    • If there are any disputes arisen from the subscription agreement between the current/donor operator and subscriber prior to adoption of final decision

    Restrictions:

    • Re-transfer operation should be conducted only every 90 days.
    • If the number was transferred from one person to another, that number can be transferred after 90 days.
    • Transferring the number from person-to person is not impossible.
    • Upon the registration of the desire of the number transfer, if there exists a debt in that number, the transmission operator can suspend the transfer process till the payment of the debt amount.
    • Only the services for voice numbers can be transferred, the transfer of the data(Internet) number is impossible.
    • Subscriber may not use the transferred number in both mobile operator network.

    Yes, you can transfer your Nar number to other person. Note that, this operation is conducted only in Nar sale and service centres. The service makes 4 AZN.
  • What documents are required for obtaining mobile number?

    The following documents are required:

    For individuals:

    • Identity card (citizen of AR);
    • Personal card of the officer / warrant officer (citizen of AR);
    • Identity card of foreigners (provided by migration authorities; foreign citizen).

    For legal entities:

    • Certificate of the state registration of legal entity (copy):
    • Certificate of registration with tax office, TIN (copy);
    • Letter / power of attorney provided by legal person  (power of attorney should be issued in the name of the applicant)
    • Seal of the legal entity

    Note: Original copies of all the documents which validity period does not expired should be provided (copies are not accepted). It is enough to submit  one of the  above documents.

  • What documents are required to transfer Nar number for other name?

    If the number is transferred from the individual to individual,

    • Both persons should appeal to Nar sale and service centre with the identity card;
    • If one of the persons can not personally appeal, the operation may be conducted by the authorized representative based on the notarized power of attorney. The power of attorney should reflect the number for which the operation is conducted.


    If at least one party is a legal person in the operation,

    • Both persons should appeal to Nar sale and service centre with the identity card;
    •  A letter reflecting the desire on official letterhead of the company on behalf of the legal entity and power of attorney should be provided by the authorized representative. The official letter should indicate the number for which the operation is conducted.
  • Can I renew SIM card of my Nar number?

    Yes, you should only approach to Nar sale and service centre with the required documents.

    In case of individual:

    Identity card;

    • If the subscriber can not appeal, then the authorized representative can conduct this operation based on the notarized power of attorney. The power of attorney should indicate the number for which the operation is conducted.
    • In case of legal entity:
    • Document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the legal entity;
    • A letter reflecting the desire on official letterhead of the company on behalf of the legal entity and power of attorney issued to the authorized representative. The official letter should indicate the number for which the operation is conducted.

    Note:

    • The operation can not be conducted with the document which the validity period expired.
    • The price of changing operation of SIM card for pre-paid numbers is 2 AZN.
  • How mobile number transfer is ensured?

    First, you should provide the required documents to the Nar sales and service center. Upon filling out the provided form and signing the contract, you will be issued a free SIM-card. This SIM-card is activated upon completion of the transfer process.

    Your number is transferred to Nar within 3 working days (except for force majeure circumstances), and you will be notified about it 1 day in advance. On completion of the transfer, both SIM-cards (old and new) will not work for about 1 hour.

  • How I can get extract on call, etc. made by my Nar number?

    Nar subscribers at any time can get extract on made calls, call details and other services used.

    Call details is issued maximum 31 days, depending on the calendar month. The cost of this service is 3 AZN. Call details can be required for the last 6 months. To do this, you should provide the required documents:

    In case of individual:

    • Identity card;
    • If a person can not appeal, then the operation can be conducted by a person based on the notarized power of attorney. The power of attorney should indicate the number for which the operation is conducted.

    In case of legal person:

    • Document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the legal entity;
    • A letter reflecting the desire on official letterhead of the company on behalf of the legal entity and power of attorney issued to the authorized representative. The official letter should indicate the number for which the operation is conducted.
  • How to check the balance?

    For this purpose, you should merely dial *100#YES or write and send SMS to 777. 0.01 AZN is deducted per each sent USSD inquiry, for SMS inquiry - according to the tariff.

  • How to learn the use period of the balance amount?

    You can find the use period of the payments made with plastic cards or Nar card (minimum 1 AZN) in Nar sale and service centres, the authorized banks, and POS-terminals:

    If within 90 days upon the expiration of payment, the balance is not replenished, the service for Nar number will be suspended.  To reactive the service, it is enough to top up the balance within 90 days (or other period specified in the agreement with the subscriber) defined for reactivation of the service. If before the end of this period Nar card is not be activated or no payment is made, Nar number and subscription agreement will be terminated.
